This deck and sunroom combo cost about 28 thousand dollars.  The room is 10 x 16 and the deck is 10 x 14 with one set of steps. 

This includes four skylights and two fans.  Note how the siding, roofing and coil wrap matches what was already on the house.

Something you can't see is under the deck boards inside the room is a screen also.  This keeps those bugs from attacking from below!
