BASIC SIZE DECK
This summer room deck combo was built in the Smithfield area also. It has four skylights and two ceiling fans. The screened in area is 20x12. The exterior area is 12x12.
This is a deck built on a home in the Aspen Woods area of Smithfield. A deck can be many things: a place to relax, to play, to plant, to entertain. Adding a deck is like adding an additional room -- outside. Beyond adding space, decks add style and value to your home. If you are thinking of selling your home a deck is a big incentive for prospective buyers.
This is a handicap platform built at a School Football Stadium. Some may build cheaper decks but they do not build better decks. We use the best pressure treated wood available. All the deck boards are installed with exterior deck screws.

The rails on the left are vinyl with aluminum inside the rail. Stainless steel screws are used to attach the rails to the vinyl post. Except for an occasionally washing they are maintance free.

These two decks below are 16' x 16'. They are free standing (not attached to house). We drill 10" holes, pour 8" of concrete (let dry), build the structure on top of the 8" pads and then pour concret around the post too ground level.
